A working session

One decision. Ninety minutes.

Not a demo. We take one decision your firm makes over and over, and work through what it would take to make its basis reconstructable — with the person who actually owns the procedure in the room.

What to bring

  1. One recurring decision — the same shape, many times a year.
  2. The controlled procedure behind it, and your approval matrix.
  3. Two or three representative cases, including one exception.
  4. The person who owns the procedure. This does not work without them.

Redacted is fine, and preferred. Do not send anything confidential through this form — controlled material comes in at the session itself, under whatever terms your firm needs.

One line is enough. It is the most useful thing on this form.
Roughly how often does it happen?

We use what you write here to prepare the session and to decide whether it is worth your time. Nothing is shared outside MikaHari Labs, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
